Hope is like a road in the country; there was never a road, but when many people walk on it, the road comes into existence. - Lin Yutang
My Profile
Andrea Ramolo

Name: Andrea Ramolo

Andrea Ramolo is touring across the country to share stories. From Halifax to Vancouver. From Yukon to Ontario. She’ll be taking an oversized van with her bass player and coffee maker working part-time as a teacher and waiting tables in between stops.

In 2003, her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. That year, she and her childhood sweetheart decided to part ways.

“I was down in the dumps. And so I picked up my father’s 50 year old guitar and taught myself how to play. I could strum a melody and let all my emotions out over top of that with my voice.”

Thank You for the Ride is her debut album. She is donating the title track to thank everyone who considered the wishes of Starlight children, who have a vision for the time they have to live.

All of Andrea’s guitars have been gifts from people she loves. Her parents, her friends, and a sweetheart, inspiring her to write poetry, create melodies, and share stories.

May what you give be just as meaningful.
